Terms for publishing a profile as a Kuiristo.
By registering as a Kuiristo, you confirm you are an independent author permitted to prepare and sell food under Israeli law, including any permits required for your activity.
You are solely responsible for tax matters, income declaration, and issuing receipts under the laws of the State of Israel.
You warrant that all photos and descriptions you publish are your own or that you have the right to use them. If a rights holder raises a claim over photos you uploaded, you are responsible, and Kuiro may forward the claim to you.
Every dish must include accurate allergen information. Kashrut labels are your own declaration, not verified by Kuiro.
New profiles and dishes go through moderation before publishing; Kuiro may remove a profile in response to substantiated complaints.
Kuiro does not accept payment for food, does not charge a commission on orders, and is not a party to the transaction — contact with the buyer and payment happen directly, via WhatsApp.
