Terms of Use

Kuiro is a technical information platform (a listings board) that publishes profiles of independent Kuiristos. Kuiro does not cook, store, sell, or deliver food, and is not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a Kuiristo.

Each Kuiristo is solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the food they offer, including obtaining any permits or licenses required under Israeli law.

Kuiro does not take part in the transaction, does not accept or process payment, and does not arrange delivery. Contact between buyer and Kuiristo — including price, payment method, and pickup/delivery — happens directly, via WhatsApp or any other method the parties agree on.

Each Kuiristo is solely responsible for tax matters, income declaration, and issuing receipts under Israeli law, regardless of their business registration status (exempt dealer, licensed dealer, company, etc.).

By registering as a Kuiristo, you confirm you are an independent author who bears full legal, sanitary, and tax responsibility for the goods you publish and the orders you fulfill, and you agree to these terms and the Disclaimer.

Kuiro reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove profiles, dishes, and reviews that violate platform rules, including in response to complaints of fraud, food poisoning, or misconduct — without stating a reason.
